    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    Because every JINGEE piece is made to order in Jingdezhen, China, your order goes through two stages before it reaches you: production (2–3 weeks for handcrafting and firing) and international shipping to the US (typically 7–14 business days once dispatched).

    If your order has passed the estimated delivery window, please email us at [[email protected] ] with your order number and we'll track it down for you within 24 hours. International shipments occasionally experience customs delays — if this happens, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    Our carrier partners do not deliver on US federal public holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day). If your order is dispatched close to a holiday period, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery.

    If you're ordering a gift for a specific occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance to give production and shipping enough time — especially during the holiday season (November through January).

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum spend.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    Next-day delivery is not available for JINGEE orders. Because every piece is handcrafted and kiln-fired to order in Jingdezhen, China, production alone takes 2–3 weeks before your order can be dispatched.

    We know this is longer than a typical online purchase — and we believe it's worth it. The time between your order and your delivery is the time your piece is being made: carved, glazed, and fired by hand, one piece at a time. We'll send you a dispatch notification with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    For most orders, a signature is not required and your carrier will leave the package in a safe location if you're not home. However, for orders over $10000 in value, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely.
