Forged in 1,300°C kilns, your JINGEE vessel is inherently durable. Yet, its handcrafted nature invites mindful preservation. To ensure it lasts a lifetime, we recommend the following:

Ceramic Cups Made Like Pieces of Metalwork
Most cups are warm and soft. These ones are designed to be both cool and firm - in exactly the right way.
They're ceramic cups, designed and fired to look and feel like etched metalwork. The outside is entirely carved by hand, with over 1,000 precise, dragon-scale ridges, then painted by hand in a silver finish which reads equally sculptural and industrial.
When you move the cup from side to side, the scales glow from matte grey to a gleaming metal in the light.
And then there's what you don't immediately see. On the inside is a black-gold finish in a mirror glaze - intense, deep, lustrous, a perfect contrast with the cool silver of the exterior. Pour anything amber into this ceramic mug and the intense black interior will bring the color to life.
These ceramic cups come from Jingdezhen, the birthplace of Chinese porcelain since the 11th century, and are fired at over 2,370°F. Each scale is hand-carved, and each cup hand-painted with the silver finish. No two are identical, and in addition to that element of unique craftsmanship, the silver plating and mirror-glaze finish make them collectors' items.
They're also made for cold beverages – a cold brew, a spirit for sipping on the rocks, or a tasting glass for beer – not a hot cup for your morning routine. Though when it sits empty on a shelf, it's still a beautiful object; in your hand, it feels substantial and purposeful.
