However, some orders call for something beyond the standard lineup: a custom glaze color developed specifically for your interior design project, a variety of fake fruit we haven’t produced before, a batch of one hundred pieces featuring your company name fired onto the base, or a comprehensive procurement solution for a hotel where every table setting is meticulously curated.
These are bespoke porcelain orders. They begin with a conversation and move through a process of design proposals and sampling, ultimately resulting in a piece that did not exist before you envisioned it.

✦ Custom Glaze Colors: Provide a color reference (Pantone code, color swatch, fabric sample, or reference image)—our glaze specialists will develop the closest achievable color for the kiln-firing process.
✦ Custom Gradients: Specify two or three colors and the gradient direction (top-to-bottom, asymmetrical, horizontal bands, etc.).
✦ Custom Shapes: For qualifying bulk bespoke porcelain orders, we develop new cup shapes, vase silhouettes, or vessel forms based on your specifications—including height, diameter, handle style, and rim profile—or offer a selection of existing Jingdezhen cup shapes.
✦ Applicable to: The Needle Trace series (featuring *Bahua* sgraffito and *Linglong* translucent grain techniques).
✦ Development Process: Glaze test batch → Client approval → Full-scale production.

♥Glaze coloring is a kiln-firing process, not a digital one. Due to the unpredictable nature of chemical reactions in high-temperature glazes, we aim for the closest achievable color but cannot guarantee an exact match to Pantone codes. This is clearly communicated prior to the start of production.

✦ Commission the development of ceramic fruit or plant varieties not currently in the "The Kiln Garden" collection.
✦ Our designers study reference photos to develop forms, surface textures, and layered glaze combinations that closely mimic the appearance of real fruit.
✦ Bespoke porcelain varieties available for commission (examples include): strawberry, lychee, dragon fruit, passion fruit, jackfruit, durian, fig, persimmon, kiwi, kumquat, longan, starfruit, etc.
✦ Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for development: [10] pieces (to cover costs associated with hand-sculpting and test firing).
✦ The development process includes 2–3 rounds of sample approval prior to full-scale production.
✦ Upon completion, new bespoke porcelain varieties will be added to our permanent collection unless the client requests exclusive rights.
✦ Exclusivity Option: For an additional fee, the new variety can be reserved exclusively for the commissioning client for [36] months, without public release.

1、Pricing Policy：
Transparency and no surprises—we always provide clear information before production begins.
Pricing for bespoke porcelain orders consists of four components:
① Base Product Price — The standard price for the specific piece within the collection.
② Customization Fees — Charges for batch inscriptions and glaze variations (per-piece or one-time fees); development fees for new vessel shapes or fruit varieties.
③ Volume Pricing — Tiered pricing applies to all bulk orders; the higher the quantity, the lower the unit cost.
④ Premium Packaging — Standard JINGEE gift boxes are included; custom branded packaging is quoted separately.
When contacting us, please include your budget range in your request. We will be upfront about what can be achieved within that range—or what the actual cost would be if your requirements exceed it. We do not provide artificially low quotes only to revise them upwards later.

2、Sample Policy：
Orders of 50 units or fewer: No physical prototype is produced; reference photos of similar completed orders are shared instead.
Orders of 50–100 units: A single prototype is produced and mailed to you prior to full-scale production. The prototype fee is determined based on the specific product; this fee is fully credited toward the final order total if you proceed with the order.
Orders exceeding 100 units: Two prototypes in different colorways are produced as part of the standard process; the prototype cost is included in the project quote.
Development of new fruit shapes or vessel designs: The standard process involves 2–3 rounds of prototype approval. The first round is included in the price; costs for subsequent rounds are negotiated based on production complexity and can be credited toward the final order.
Corporate programs involving distribution to multiple addresses: Digital photos of the finished product (production approval samples) are provided prior to the commencement of shipping.
